Deputy Structural Design Manager

Leads and coordinates structural engineering teams across firms and locations, providing technical oversight, reviewing design decisions, resolving complex engineering issues, and ensuring compliance with project requirements and codes. Manages project scope, schedule, budget, client coordination, staffing, proposals, and delivery while supporting business development and mentoring team members.

- Leads and coordinates structural engineering teams across firms and locations, providing technical oversight, reviewing design decisions, resolving complex engineering issues, and ensuring compliance with project requirements and codes. Manages project scope, schedule, budget, client coordination, staffing, proposals, and delivery while supporting business development and mentoring team members.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in engineering and at least 8 years of relevant experience are required, including 2 years of task management or deputy project management experience. A master's degree, 10 years of relevant experience, PE certification, and design-build structural technical leadership or design team management experience are preferred.
