Responsibilities
- Lead the creation of high-quality visual presentations and marketing campaign assets, translating brand design systems into scalable frameworks that support speed, consistency, and quality. Produce design work, mentor the production team, collaborate across communications, brand, and marketing, and improve workflows and tools.
Requirements
- Requires 8 or more years of visual or production design experience in a creative agency or large in-house team, with a record of managing high-volume, brand-led projects across multiple channels. Candidates should have experience building design systems, templates, and modular frameworks, strong visual communication skills, and proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Slides; motion experience is a plus.
