Requirements
- Requires a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, an Illinois Professional Engineer license, and at least 15 years of progressively responsible transportation design experience, including demonstrated Illinois Tollway experience. Candidates must have strong roadway or structural expertise, multidisciplinary program leadership experience, and a record of managing design quality, technical reviews, and standards development.
