- Independently plan, conduct, and integrate qualitative and quantitative research across the product lifecycle to inform product strategy and improve customer experiences. Build trusted cross-functional partnerships, communicate actionable findings, advise and coach research partners, and help evolve UX measurement and research practices.
Requirements
- Requires eight years of relevant experience, including at least five years in UX, product, or consumer research, plus a relevant degree or equivalent experience. Candidates should demonstrate independent mixed-methods research expertise, strong communication and collaboration, quantitative and qualitative methods experience, and the ability to manage shifting priorities; a portfolio or case studies are required.
