Senior UX Researcher

Plan and lead qualitative and quantitative user research from recruitment and study design through analysis and reporting, creating artifacts such as personas, journey maps, service blueprints, and user flows. Partner with Practice Solutions Managers and the Data & Analytics team to turn findings into business requirements, improve digital and AI product experiences, maintain a research repository, and support product adoption.
Responsibilities
- Plan and lead qualitative and quantitative user research from recruitment and study design through analysis and reporting, creating artifacts such as personas, journey maps, service blueprints, and user flows. Partner with Practice Solutions Managers and the Data & Analytics team to turn findings into business requirements, improve digital and AI product experiences, maintain a research repository, and support product adoption.
Requirements
- Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience and 5–8 years of research and experience-design expertise. Candidates should be proficient in qualitative and quantitative UX research, Lean Product and Lean UX, user-centered design, adoption strategies, responsive and native design principles, and tools such as Miro, Figma, Sketch, InVision, Dovetail, or Maze.
