Responsibilities
- Lead UI/UX design across websites, landing pages, mobile apps, and other digital experiences, including managing and evolving the website component library. Use customer insights, user behavior, performance data, and testing to improve accessible user journeys, engagement, and conversion while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
Requirements
- Requires 5+ years of UI/UX design experience, a strong portfolio, advanced Figma proficiency, and a bachelorâs degree or higherâor equivalent trainingâin Graphic Design, Web Design, or Digital Media. Candidates should have experience with data-informed design, usability testing, digital product development, marketing fundamentals, and cross-functional collaboration, along with strong organization and project management skills.
