Requirements
- Requires at least seven years of relevant design experience, including three or more years managing, mentoring, and developing designers, with demonstrated ability to balance team leadership and senior-level design work. Candidates should have a relevant degree or equivalent experience, a strong digital portfolio, fluency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and AI tools, and expertise in cross-platform UX, streaming platforms, accessibility, and localization.
