- Lead qualitative and quantitative research for AI-powered educational products, from participant recruitment and study design through analysis and synthesis of actionable insights. Partner with product teams and senior leaders to shape strategy, advocate for user-centered decisions, and ensure research follows privacy and regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Requires at least five years of successful user research leadership with measurable impact, a relevant bachelor's degree, and proficiency in qualitative and quantitative methods; a master's degree is preferred. Candidates should provide a portfolio of research plans, reports, and presentations, be familiar with tools such as UserTesting, survey platforms, and Figma, and have experience collaborating with product teams.
