Requirements
- Typically requires 5+ years of product design experience, including substantial work on systems used across multiple products or teams. Candidates must have created shared system standards, designed sophisticated accessible interactions across states and failure scenarios, translated design intent into implementation-ready artifacts, worked extensively with design tokens, and partnered closely with engineering; a bachelor's degree and an end-to-end system-pattern portfolio are required.
