Own UX design for features and workstreams, creating user flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs informed by research, analytics, and user feedback. Collaborate with product, engineering, research, and other partners; facilitate workshops and design reviews; maintain design standards; and support implementation handoff.

Collaborate with product, engineering, research, and other partners; facilitate workshops and design reviews; maintain design standards; and support implementation handoff.
Requirements
- Requires 3â5 years of UX experience, a portfolio demonstrating problem-solving, and a BA/BS in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent practical UX experience. Candidates should have strong interaction design and information architecture skills, experience applying research and data, proficiency in Figma, and familiarity with AI-assisted design tools; enterprise platform experience is preferred.
