(Senior) Graphic Designer - Brand&Digital (f/m/x)

Create visual solutions aligned with brand and business goals, develop campaign concepts and key visuals, and adapt creative assets for digital, social media, print, and outdoor channels. Maintain consistent brand communication, prepare business and marketing presentations, use AI tools in the creative process, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
Responsibilities
- Create creative and effective visual solutions aligned with brand and business goals
- Develop and adapt Key Visuals and campaign concepts for various channels, formats and markets
- Design digital assets: social media, paid social, display ads, newsletters and websites
- Prepare offline materials from small print formats to outdoor media and corporate merchandise
- Co‑create brand visual communication and ensure consistency across all touchpoints
- Produce business and marketing presentations, clearly presenting data, results and insights
- Utilize AI tools throughout the creative process from research and ideation to content generation, editing and scaling
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Brand, Social Media, PR teams and external agencies
Requirements
- Strong sense of typography, composition, color, hierarchy and visual quality
- Ability to translate briefs and marketing goals into effective concepts
- Very good knowledge of Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Canva AI, Adobe Firefly) in daily workflow
- Critical assessment of AI‑generated material for brand compliance and quality
- Excellent understanding of social media and digital formats
- Great organization and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to justify design decisions, accept feedback and communicate ideas clearly
- Fluent English communication
