Requirements
- The role seeks an experienced Design Manager with a track record on large-scale projects valued at £100 million or more, ideally in healthcare. Candidates should have strong knowledge of CDM and Building Regulations, expertise in P23 and NEC3 contracts, and the ability to manage complex work and engage with clients.
