Lead, Design Systems & Design Operations

Lead the strategy, governance, roadmap, and ongoing evolution of the Wealth design system, including reusable components, patterns, tokens, theming, and cross-platform standards. Establish scalable design operations and partner with Product and Technology teams to improve implementation, accessibility, quality, reuse, and AI-assisted and design-to-code workflows.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, governance, roadmap, and ongoing evolution of the Wealth design system, including reusable components, patterns, tokens, theming, and cross-platform standards. Establish scalable design operations and partner with Product and Technology teams to improve implementation, accessibility, quality, reuse, and AI-assisted and design-to-code workflows.
Requirements
- Requires 8 or more years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI, Design Systems, or a related digital product discipline, with experience in enterprise design systems, design operations, cross-platform design, component architecture, tokens, theming, and governance. Leadership experience developing team goals, coaching employees, and supporting team performance is expected; Flutter-based systems, financial services or fintech, and modern design-to-code workflows are assets.
