Senior Interior Design Technologist

Lead the technical development, coordination, modeling, and documentation of complex interior design projects from schematic design through construction, ensuring accurate construction documents and compliance with codes and project delivery standards. Coordinate consultants and clients, support tendering and contract administration, mentor junior technologists, and improve documentation systems and workflows.

Requirements
- Requires a diploma in Interior Design Technology or Architectural Technology and 10 or more years of experience in interior design documentation and technical coordination. Candidates need proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD, strong knowledge of codes, detailing, materials, and building systems, and contract administration experience; workplace or institutional project experience is preferred.
