Senior Interior Design Technologist

Lead the technical development, coordination, and quality review of interior design documentation from schematic design through construction, including code analysis, specifications, tendering, and modeling. Coordinate with clients and consultants, support contract administration and project delivery, and mentor junior technologists while improving technical workflows.

- Lead the technical development, coordination, and quality review of interior design documentation from schematic design through construction, including code analysis, specifications, tendering, and modeling. Requirements
- A diploma in Interior Design Technology or Architectural Technology and at least 10 years of experience in interior design documentation and technical coordination are required. Candidates must be proficient in Revit and AutoCAD and have strong knowledge of detailing, materials, building systems, local codes, permitting, and contract administration.
