Lead the design function and take creative ownership of the main line collections across ready-to-wear, tailoring, knitwear, and additional product categories. Responsibilities
- Lead the design function and take creative ownership of the main line collections across ready-to-wear, tailoring, knitwear, and additional product categories. Set a cohesive seasonal vision, guide and mentor designers, and collaborate with the Creative Director and product and production teams to deliver commercially relevant collections that support the brand’s evolution and international growth.
Requirements
- Candidates should have substantial experience as a luxury fashion designer or design leader, with a strong record in high-end ready-to-wear and the ability to build complete collections across product categories. They should bring a refined luxury aesthetic, proven team leadership, and strong knowledge of product development, construction, materials, and craftsmanship; they must be based in or willing to relocate to the UK.
