Responsibilities
- Lead product design from concept through launch across the AI-powered platform, creating intuitive experiences for complex construction workflows. Partner with product, engineering, and stakeholders to conduct discovery and validation, improve the design system, and apply emerging AI interaction patterns to real-world industry problems.
Requirements
- Requires at least five years of application design experience, particularly with B2B products, and a portfolio demonstrating leadership across products or platforms and complex UX challenges. Candidates should be proficient with design and prototyping tools such as Figma or Adobe XD, understand UX methodologies, and communicate effectively with engineering, product, and leadership teams; AI experience is preferred.
