Requirements
- Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and an Illinois Professional Engineer (PE) license, with at least 15 years of progressively responsible transportation design experience. Proven expertise in Illinois Tollway projects, multidisciplinary team leadership, and the ability to manage complex design standards and QA/QC processes are required.
