Web Designer - SEO, GEO & Digital Innovation Consultant
Dreamer Luxury Real Estate Remote (đŽđš Florence, Italy)
Manage and evolve the companyâs WordPress website, including design and development of pages, technical maintenance, performance, security, integrations, and troubleshooting. Collaborate with Marketing, SEO, and Content teams on technical SEO and GEO, explore practical AI and digital technology applications, and document work and performance.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop the Dreamer Real Estate WordPress site, handling structure, updates and technical quality
- Design and implement new pages, landing pages and editorial sections aligned with brand identity
- Develop new functionalities, plugins and integrations with CRM and marketing platforms
- Manage development, staging and production environments and resolve bugs
- Oversee performance, Core Web Vitals, hosting, backups, security and operational continuity
- Collaborate with Marketing, SEO and Content teams on technical SEO, indexing and structured data
- Explore GEO, AI and new digital tools to improve site architecture and user experience
- Document work, produce reports and share progress with stakeholders
Requirements
- Proven experience designing, developing and managing complex WordPress sites
- Strong web design and UX/UI skills with focus on visual quality and responsive design
- Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and PHP
- Technical SEO knowledge, including schema.org and JSONâLD
- Experience with Google Search Console, GA4 and professional SEO tools
- Ability to manage hosting, domains, backups and security
- Selfâmotivation, precision and good documentation skills
- Fluency in English
