Responsibilities
- Develop and refine user-centred designs for complex digital products, applying mobile-first and responsive design principles and incorporating feedback from research and usability testing. Create research materials and findings reports, collaborate with product owners, developers, business teams, and stakeholders, and support delivery through Agile/Scrum and Discovery, Alpha, Beta, and Live phases.
Requirements
- Requires 3+ years of relevant UX experience and a degree or diploma in Graphic Design, UX Design, or a related field. Candidates should have hands-on experience with UX design tools, user research, usability testing, Agile/Scrum, and stakeholder collaboration; accessibility testing, web technologies, and HCI or usability education are assets.
