Requirements
- Applicants should have a portfolio demonstrating design work intended to encourage user action and confidence using Figma, including components and auto layout. They should be curious about conversion, able to respond quickly to briefs and feedback, work well in a fast-paced team, and have excellent written and spoken English; performance marketing, affiliate, or lead-generation experience is a bonus.
