Requirements
- Requires at least five years of engineering experience in manufacturing or an industrial environment and at least two years of engineering leadership or management experience. Candidates should understand manufacturing processes, preferably have equipment or machinery manufacturing experience, and be familiar with Lean or Six Sigma and CAD software such as SolidWorks or Inventor.
