Requirements
- Candidates need substantial experience leading complex digital product design from ambiguous problems through implementation, with strong UX, interaction, and visual design judgment. Expert Figma and prototyping skills, design-system and accessibility experience, technical fluency, and the ability to communicate tradeoffs and mentor colleagues are required; enterprise, workforce, or learning-platform experience is preferred.
