Requirements
- Candidates should have design management experience with a fit-out, refurbishment, or Design & Build contractor and a track record delivering commercial projects valued at £1m–£20m. They should bring strong technical knowledge of interior construction and M&E coordination, experience managing external design teams and tender interviews, and the ability to oversee multiple projects with minimal supervision.
