Product Designer - Mobile UI & Design System (Mid/Senior)

Develop the mobile app’s visual direction and create polished, high-fidelity interfaces, prototypes, and a scalable design system covering foundations, tokens, components, interaction patterns, and documentation. Collaborate closely with another designer and mobile developers, ensure accessibility and visual consistency, and review implementation quality through design QA.
Responsibilities
- Define the visual direction of the app and translate it into a consistent interface language
- Design high‑fidelity mobile mockups and interactive prototypes
- Create and maintain a scalable mobile design system, including tokens, components, states and interaction patterns
- Design solutions that respect iOS and Android platform guidelines
- Produce motion designs and advanced interactions for the app
- Collaborate with a second Product Designer to ensure visual consistency and quality
- Work closely with mobile developers during design hand‑off and implementation
- Ensure accessibility, visual quality and consistency across all designs
- Conduct design QA to verify implementation fidelity
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of commercial digital product design experience
- Hands‑on experience designing large‑scale e‑commerce or m‑commerce mobile apps
- Strong visual/UI design skills, including typography, color, layout and interaction details
- Experience creating and evolving a mobile design system from foundations to components and documentation
- Ability to design for both iOS and Android, applying platform‑specific patterns when appropriate
- Proficiency in accessibility standards for mobile interfaces
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Polish and English
- Experience collaborating closely with developers and conducting design QA
