Design user-centered ServiceNow experiences, including portals, workspaces, and applications, and create wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, and reusable components. Conduct research and usability testing, maintain accessible design systems aligned with ServiceNow and DC Government standards, and collaborate with stakeholders throughout the design lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Design user-centered ServiceNow experiences, including portals, workspaces, and applications, and create wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, and reusable components. Conduct research and usability testing, maintain accessible design systems aligned with ServiceNow and DC Government standards, and collaborate with stakeholders throughout the design lifecycle.
Requirements
- Requires 6+ years of enterprise UI/UX design experience and 5+ years designing within the ServiceNow ecosystem. Candidates should have experience delivering accessible web applications and skills in ServiceNow design tools, user research, prototyping, design systems, accessibility standards, and stakeholder engagement; public-sector experience and listed certifications are preferred.
