The UX Researcher will plan and conduct user research, usability testing, and human factors analysis to support the Department of Homeland Security's AI and data analytics programs. Requirements
- Candidates must have a bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of experience in user experience research or a related field. Applicants must be U.S. citizens capable of obtaining and maintaining a DHS Public Trust fitness determination.
