Design clear, usable experiences and new features for an AI-powered communication and learning platform, including course management, AI agents, human review, automation, dashboards, and visualizations. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, customers, and internal teams to understand needs, solve product problems, and maintain a consistent design system.
Responsibilities
- Design user experiences for the AI‑driven platform
- Translate complex problems into clear flows and interfaces
- Create new features together with product and engineering teams
- Design admin, manager, and end‑user experiences
- Develop course, module, and content management systems
- Define experiences for AI agents, human review, and automation
- Design dashboards and visualizations to illustrate learning impact
- Maintain and evolve design systems for consistency
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to turn needs into product solutions
Requirements
- 2+ years designing digital products or B2B SaaS
- Proficiency with Figma
- Ability to turn ambiguous problems into clear experiences
- Systemic product thinking
- Attention to detail in design and microcopy
- Self‑directed and fast work pace
- Strong collaboration with product and engineering
- Portfolio showing product thinking and problem solving
- Interest in AI applications
