Design and improve user experiences and interfaces across the full product design process, from understanding user needs and facilitating UX workshops to analyzing journey data and creating wireframes. Build and test interactive prototypes, and deliver low- to high-fidelity interface designs that follow the Design System while collaborating with Product Owners and developers in an Agile environment.
Responsibilities
- Identify user needs and translate them into design solutions across the product lifecycle
- Run UX workshops (audits, experience maps, card sorting, etc.)
- Analyze userâjourney data to generate hypotheses and create wireframes
- Develop dynamic UX prototypes and conduct user testing
- Deliver visual designs from lowâfi to hiâfi while adhering to the Design System
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer on varied projects
- Strong knowledge of UX and UI methods, including Design Thinking
- Experience in the banking sector is a plus
- Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD and the Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to communicate and work agilely with Product Owners, business experts, and developers
