Lead user research and ideation for employee-facing products, then create high-fidelity interfaces that follow the existing design system. Own the user experience vision, maintain consistency across user journeys and interfaces, and collaborate with product, design, and development teams throughout project phases.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research to uncover real problems and needs in B2E contexts
- Facilitate ideation and coâcreation workshops
- Create highâfidelity interfaces adhering to the existing Design System
- Ensure visual and experiential consistency across product portfolios
- Define and champion UX/UI standards for the product area
- Participate in all project phases (Discovery, Zoom, Launch, Delivery, Run) and adapt to agile methods
- Contribute to biâmonthly design community meetings and prepare presentation materials
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Lead Designer or senior UX role
- Experience designing for mobile environments
- Strong knowledge of UX methods, user testing, and design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Axure)
- Understanding of digital accessibility standards
- Experience with agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, etc.)
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Klaxoon, Miro
- Ability to present and defend design decisions to diverse stakeholders
