Full-time Senior

You will lead the design process from concept to handover, coordinating external partners and ensuring design quality, budget adherence, and project feasibility. Additionally, you will support brokers with workplace concepts, develop AI-supported planning processes, and manage client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Support brokers in developing test fits, workplace concepts, space studies and 3D visualisations
  • Coordinate the entire design process from concept to project hand‑over
  • Lead and manage external architects, specialist planners, engineers and other subcontractors across all project phases
  • Ensure design quality, budget compliance, schedule adherence and feasibility of concepts
  • Advise clients on workplace strategy, space optimisation, interior architecture and user requirements
  • Develop and implement innovative AI‑supported processes and digital tools to improve planning and design workflows
  • Conduct design reviews and maintain high planning quality throughout all performance phases
  • Assist during construction phase with regular coordination meetings and stakeholder alignment
  • Support tendering, awarding and selection of suitable planning and execution partners
  • Coordinate material, furniture and design approvals together with clients and project teams
  • Participate actively in client presentations, pitches and business development activities
  • Build and maintain a robust network of architects, engineers, consultants and other market partners

Requirements

  • Completed degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in design management, architecture, interior design or project control
  • Proven experience planning and executing office fit‑out or commercial real‑estate projects
  • Strong commercial mindset and pragmatic problem‑solving approach
  • Ability to balance design quality with budget, schedule and feasibility
  • Experience managing external architects, engineers and consultants
  • In‑depth knowledge of HOAI, VOB, DIN 276 and the German Civil Code (BGB)
  • Demonstrated construction site experience and understanding of fit‑out execution
  • High affinity for digital solutions and interest in AI‑driven design tools
  • Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
