The Lead UX Designer will define the design strategy and lead user research to identify needs within industrial BtoE contexts. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create high-fidelity interfaces while ensuring consistency across all product user journeys.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research to uncover real problems and needs in B2E contexts
- Facilitate ideation and coâcreation workshops
- Create highâfidelity interfaces that adhere to the existing Design System
- Maintain visual and experiential consistency across all product portfolios
- Define and champion UX, UI and research standards
- Participate in all project phases (Discovery, Launch, Delivery, Run) and adapt to Agile or Vâmodel processes
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and defend design decisions
- Contribute to biâmonthly design community meetings and monthly knowledgeâsharing sessions
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Lead Designer or senior UX professional
- Strong background in mobile application design
- Expertise in UX methods, user testing and design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Axure
- Deep understanding of digital accessibility standards
- Ability to work within Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, etc.)
- Excellent teamwork, analytical and creative skills
