You will be responsible for the end-to-end design process, from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping. You will collaborate closely with Product Owners and developers to improve user journeys using Agile methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Participate in all design phases, from user need identification to final visual delivery
- Run UX workshops using methods such as audits, experience mapping and card sorting
- Analyze userâjourney data to generate solution hypotheses and create wireframes
- Produce dynamic UX prototypes and test them with real users
- Deliver visual assets that respect the company Design System, from lowâfi to hiâfi
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, business experts and developers in an Agile environment
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of UX/UI design experience on multiple projects
- Strong knowledge of UX and UI methods, including Design Thinking
- Experience in banking or financial services (preferred)
- Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD and the Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to conduct user research, audits, experience maps and cardâsorting workshops
- Dataâdriven mindset for forming hypotheses and creating wireframes
- Experience delivering visual designs from lowâfi to hiâfi within a Design System
- Excellent communication and ability to work in Agile teams with Product Owners and developers
