Design user-facing products and interfaces that turn complex workflows and large datasets into usable tools, owning the process from user research and prototyping through production. Collaborate with users, engineers, product leads, and stakeholders to improve usability, accessibility, navigation, and analytics through iterative feedback and design trade-off analysis.

Collaborate with users, engineers, product leads, and stakeholders to improve usability, accessibility, navigation, and analytics through iterative feedback and design trade-off analysis.
Requirements
- Requires a bachelorâs degree or four years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree, plus at least three years designing user-facing products. Candidates should have experience with user-centered design, Human-Centered Design methods, design tools, data visualization, exploratory navigation, dashboards, API concepts, and Agile environments; active TS/SCI eligibility is preferred.
