User Experience (UX) Designer

Design clear, usable digital experiences for websites, applications, portals, and marketing programs, creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and polished interfaces in Figma. Collaborate with creative, strategy, development, account, and client teams to maintain design systems, apply brand and regulatory requirements, evaluate usability, and support accurate implementation.
Responsibilities
- Design clear, usable digital experiences for websites, applications, portals, and marketing programs, creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and polished interfaces in Figma. Collaborate with creative, strategy, development, account, and client teams to maintain design systems, apply brand and regulatory requirements, evaluate usability, and support accurate implementation.
Requirements
- Requires at least three years of UI/UX design experience, advanced Figma skills, and a portfolio demonstrating responsive websites, applications, and digital product design. Candidates should have experience with UX methods and usability principles, strong communication skills, and preferably agency and pharmaceutical, healthcare, biotech, or life sciences experience.
