Requirements
- Candidates should have at least five years of design management experience, ideally in retail construction, with strong knowledge of construction processes, design coordination, project lifecycle management, and space planning. A construction-related design diploma or equivalent is required, while membership in a relevant professional institute is desirable; strong communication, negotiation, organization, and stakeholder-influencing skills are also expected.
