Requirements
- Candidates should have experience in a Senior Design Manager or comparable role in construction, infrastructure, or the built environment, with expertise managing multidisciplinary design through pre-construction. They should understand construction methodology, buildability, design standards, statutory requirements, and the commercial impact of design decisions, and be confident in client-facing communication and stakeholder management.
