Design Manager - Commercial Interiors

Lead a team of 3â5 designers across multiple commercial interior projects, owning design quality, timelines, client presentations, and technical drawing reviews. Coordinate with project and execution teams to ensure designs are approved, coordinated, budget-aligned, and accurately delivered on site, while mentoring designers and supporting business development pitches.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 3â5 designers across multiple commercial interior projects, owning design quality, timelines, client presentations, and technical drawing reviews. Coordinate with project and execution teams to ensure designs are approved, coordinated, budget-aligned, and accurately delivered on site, while mentoring designers and supporting business development pitches.
Requirements
- Requires 7â12 years of interior design experience, preferably in commercial spaces, including at least 2â3 years managing or mentoring design teams. Candidates should have a strong commercial project portfolio, client-facing and technical design skills, proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max or Enscape, and Photoshop, and a degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline.
