- Lead, coach, and manage a team of ten designers, including performance reviews, workload allocation, capacity planning, and hands-on support. Translate the Design Directorâs creative vision into team priorities, track output and delivery through reports, and collaborate with Buying and Garment Technology to improve product development and workflow.
Requirements
- Applicants should have proven experience directly managing and developing fashion or product designers, with strong skills in performance management, workflow planning, and team development. They should bring multi-product fashion design knowledge, understand critical-path-led product development, and be confident using Excel or equivalent tools to report on workloads, productivity, and delivery.
