The Product Designer will conduct market research and user testing to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create wireframes, prototypes, and design solutions that align with business goals and user needs.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis and trend studies to uncover design opportunities
- Collaborate with development, product and channel teams to define requirements, set goals and create realistic timelines
- Create design concepts and solutions that ensure clarity, consistency and purposeful intent across all touchpoints
- Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes and mockups that balance visual appeal with information clarity
- Work closely with development to ensure accurate implementation of design decisions
- Perform usability testing and behavior analysis to identify simplification opportunities
- Present solutions to stakeholders, discuss design rationale and align with business objectives
Requirements
- Degree in Design, Interaction Design, Communication or related field
- Proven UX Design experience with a portfolio showing clear process and impact
- Ability to communicate ideas visually and with explanatory text
- Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD or similar tools
- Experience with user research methods and user‑centered design
- Strong attention to detail, critical thinking and information architecture skills
- Knowledge of accessibility, responsive design and digital best practices
- Familiarity with generative AI tools
