Immigratie- En Naturalisatiedienst (ind) 🇳🇱 The Hague, South Holland, Netherlands
Design clear, accessible, and engaging digital interfaces and user experiences for both IND customers and employees, from user and task flows through interactive prototypes and user testing. Contribute to the IND design system and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve digital services and UX practices.
Responsibilities
- Design clear, intuitive user interfaces and micro‑interactions
- Develop user‑ and task‑flows and high‑fidelity prototypes in Figma
- Contribute to and manage the IND design system
- Create visual interface designs, style guides and accessible prototypes
- Participate in design sessions and translate complex problems into user‑friendly solutions
- Collaborate with product managers, UX researchers, chat‑bot specialists, analysts and scrum teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, Multimedia Design or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant UX design experience
- Proficiency with Sketch or Figma
- Experience with design systems and responsive web design
- Knowledge of WCAG accessibility guidelines
- Strong Dutch language skills, both written and spoken
