Research user needs and translate them into evidence-based designs, prototypes, and accessible digital services aligned with user and business goals. Collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary teams in an iterative Agile environment, communicate complex information clearly, and contribute to business development and internal practice activities.

Collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary teams in an iterative Agile environment, communicate complex information clearly, and contribute to business development and internal practice activities.
Requirements
- Applicants need at least one year of experience in UX or another professional design-focused role, working knowledge of user-centred and iterative design, and the ability to prototype interfaces using design tools. Basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript experience, effective communication, an interest in continued learning, and eligibility for UK Security Check clearance are required; familiarity with GDS standards, Figma, the GOV.UK Prototyping Kit, and accessibility regulations is advantageous.
