Junior UX Designer (SC Cleared / SC Eligible) - Associate Consultant - Digital Excellence

Research user needs and translate them into evidence-based designs, prototypes, and accessible digital services aligned with user and business goals. Collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary teams in an iterative Agile environment, communicate design decisions clearly, and contribute to business development and internal practice activities.

Requirements
- Applicants need at least one year of experience in UX design or another professional design-focused role, working knowledge of user-centred and iterative design methods, and the ability to prototype interfaces using design tools. Basic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript experience, familiarity with GDS standards and principles, effective communication, and eligibility for UK Security Check clearance are required; a portfolio, Figma, GOV.UK Prototyping Kit, and accessibility knowledge are advantageous.
