Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design for the AI-powered career platform, including user flows, prototypes, accessible mobile-first interfaces, conversational experiences, and data-rich displays. Collaborate with product, engineering, and other stakeholders, maintain the design system, and improve experiences through user research, usability testing, and feedback.
Requirements
- Applicants should have 3–5 years of UX and product design experience, a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end consumer product work, and experience with AI-powered or conversational products and learning products. They should also understand LLM behavior, accessibility and WCAG, mobile-first design, usability research, and front-end implementation considerations, and be effective collaborators who respond constructively to feedback.
