Requirements
- Requires a bachelorâs degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience, with at least five years of experience, and demonstrated expertise in user research and human-centered or service design. Candidates must have an active Secret clearance, be U.S. citizens, and be proficient in research and design tools while communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders.
