Shape product direction with cross-functional partners, use research and data to improve outcomes, and strengthen reusable design patterns while applying strong visual and interaction craft.
Requirements
- Candidates should demonstrate exceptional visual craft and strategic product thinking, with a track record of taking complex digital products from definition through launch and iteration. They should be skilled in interaction design, Figma and prototyping, and using customer insight or quantitative signals to make decisions in high-compliance environments.
