Design screens and user flows for the mobile app and online banking platform, contributing to product decisions from early stages and simplifying complex banking processes. Collaborate with product managers and engineers, maintain and develop the design system, and review existing products to help define their future direction.
Responsibilities
- Design screen and user‑flow layouts for mobile banking and internet banking platforms
- Participate in early decision‑making beyond visual design
- Simplify complex banking processes into user‑friendly interfaces
- Collaborate daily with product owners and engineers
- Maintain and evolve the design system
- Audit outdated components and help set future direction
Requirements
- Experience designing complex digital products such as SaaS tools, information panels, or fintech applications
- Strong knowledge of both UX and UI, including user flow planning and design system work
- Experience designing for iOS and Android native apps as well as web
- Interest in user behavior and process understanding
- Ability to use AI tools to accelerate work while retaining decision authority
- Excellent spoken and written English for collaboration with regional teams
- Responsibility‑taking attitude and willingness to ask questions
