Develop user-centered concepts for digital products from initial ideas through implementation, and design intuitive user journeys, interactions, and interfaces using the company’s design system. Collaborate with the team in design sprints, create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes, and continuously improve concepts through user research, feedback, and testing.
Responsibilities
- Develop user‑centered concepts from idea to implementation
- Design intuitive navigation, interactions, and modern interfaces using the design system
- Participate in design sprints to solve complex problems collaboratively
- Create wireframes, mock‑ups, and interactive prototypes
- Conduct user research, gather feedback, and perform usability testing to refine concepts
Requirements
- Work permit for Germany
- Fluent German (C1) and good English
- Practical experience in UX or UI design from studies, internships, student jobs, projects or training
- Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD
- Ability to empathize with users and create intuitive solutions
- Open mindset, humor, and collaborative attitude
