Responsibilities

  • Develop and govern scalable content strategies, models, standards, and reusable patterns for design systems, ensuring product teams can create clear, inclusive, accessible, and compliant customer experiences. Lead discovery and alignment with design, product, engineering, and risk partners, and translate editorial guidance into structured rules that support templates, platforms, and AI-assisted workflows.

Requirements

  • Requires at least five years of relevant content design, writing, editing, strategy, process, or architecture experience, along with strong storytelling, workshop facilitation, technical literacy, and experience creating scalable guidance for digital products and design systems. Candidates should be able to operationalize content architecture and use AI to improve technical documentation; experience governing shared content assets and translating brand, legal, accessibility, and localization needs into system-level guardrails is preferred.
