Requirements
- Requires 15 or more years of design management or senior design experience, a proven record of leading teams and delivering creative projects, and proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or Sketch. Candidates should have strong design thinking, project and budget management, communication, and presentation skills; experience with design systems, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration is preferred.
